Yeah...yeah...yeah...but you are aware that every big pharma does have a research dept

One would hope a large Pharma has a research dept!

that continually looks out for new technologies to possibly add to their portfolio...

No doubt large Pharma is looking for the latest in checkpoint, and immunotherapies. Those are the areas where "new technologies" reside.

no matter how long development has taken...age doesn't matter...

Actually it matters a lot, as in time critical. Ten yrs ago, the only treatments for PC were chemo drugs, radiation, surgery. Now, checkpoint, and immunotherapies are starting to be used, with a lot more in late stage testing. Science doesn't stand still.

Then we have the Kenny Wonder Treatment. Before going BK, Austrianova had developed 20 yrs ago, what was a new chemo treatment idea. They through a contracted firm, had manufactured product. A product no large Pharma was interested in. Simply because it was already known the pharmacology of Ifosfamide (or Cyclophosphamide) did not support its use in PC as monotherapy. So here it is 20 yrs later, still the same pharmacology, still the same non-interest from large Pharma of what is now an old chemo treatment idea. Large Pharma is interested in checkpoint, and immunotherapies. Not a 20 yr old chemo treatment featuring a 30 yr old generic chemo drug. And exactly what development has PMCB done since 2014? Run some pre-clinical tests. That's it. Everything else had already been developed 20 yrs ago by AN.

the fact is pmcb is the only one who has this technology..

That's because no one else is interested in it. CIABs no longer have patent protection. If a large Pharma was ever interested they could roll their own. No need to acquire AN or PMCB. But no one is interested.

.so once the hold is lifted...watch out!

The hold will not be lifted. There's nothing to watch out for. Kenny has the option of submitting a new IND for Phase 1. Which will take him yrs. An already antiquated treatment becomes older while SHs wait.
