I like this theory too. The only question I have: if it’s true what is the current value of “Northern Ore Technologies”? Why do we need them after they lost a bunch of licenses – looks like unnecessary expenses. The same question about ZabaikalGeoprom… If AURC is a “tailing processing company" now, it will probably need to cut some “tails” to be more effective.
IMO.

Hey Tr8dervic...Good 2C you here..Thank you...Actually it was I (who suggested to them the 'swap' theory) in this earlier post here that discussed the Possible Strategy employed. Also makes sense b/c of the related other research I had shared regarding the 'ease of license exchanging rule' (via 'Vertically Integrated Mining Holding Companies') that also recently took effect that i have also brought forward here not long ago to refresh our minds of that significance...See Below:

WrongJoe, I will share with you the same thing I have shared to CmZio and now latest as sent to Sub360 who emailed me with similar observation regarding the recent Maple site list reference as to its need for development/production:

...Also (a follow-up thought to this is a shift to becoming a centralized Regional processing enterprise within certain Aurus Corp-related geographical areas and serving not-only our own resources but providing such for other mining companies within those regions...This type of miner shift in focus (still maintaining vertically-integrated services) allows for much lower cash costs now and forever...Rather than participation in the traditional 'mining' development aspects... Strategy better then to issue those licenses to foreign mining companies and then to execute J/V's with Aurus Corp type state Government managed enterprises which then stands to benefit further from higher profit margins and continued broad revenue growth...Anyway here was my same thought conveyed to CmZio and a tid bit of related research history:

...I see what you mean...However it is still on the Structure page. It's possible that for the short term, we may not have it also..considering how long Northern Ore Tech has had access to it from past research projects....However, you should know that many times licenses go from one hand to another..within the governmental agencies (or related companies) until in production. This Maple license is no difference...As a matter of fact it was on a similiar list many months ago along with a few others....and Yes!...Those 'others' were actually being held under the Northern Ore Tech name as well at that time.
Then guess who got one of those larger licenses thereafter...RUDA..Yes, our 'Ore'...and ...another..just went to that other 2005 created Siberian Mining in Chokotka that I had recently talked about more than a few times here.

...We need to think why so many subsidiaries under the Aurus Corp umbrella..And ALSO remember the recent law change That I Brought To Our Attention here... the beauty of being able to swap licenses from parent to subsidiary, to merger partner...etc...as long as it still meets the Russian-Management content criteria...

...Next Maple was not be part of our production until 2008 (along side of Kupol)...It doesn't effect any of our more liquid projects and/or assets (the 'Imediate Resources)...The only thing it reduced is our 'probable' reserve calc (for the time being)..But like many other-similiar situations...It will/could return back in our portfolio/projects...perhaps not as Aurus or even Northern Ore Tech....but any other of our partnered/entities/subsidiaries and/or merger pairtners to be.

...That said and the fact that the RSM Audit numbers of the various sites don't include those Maple reserves assets....

...The current picture for at keast a (couple) years out has/not been effected one bit (even if)...Nor has the Stockpiled ores at the various sites nor would it have effected the Krong Ltd. assets which are by themselves huge.

...The merry-go-round license game is not new...But in the end I would conclude its future production revenue will at least in part end up back home. If you would like further insight to a couple of those others (licenses) I can shed a bit more light on a those to keep your eye on..as I had also as well ;)

...Finally again...NONE of our current 'Imediate Resources' sites and their stockpiled ore content are effected by the future Maple production whatsoever nor is ANY of the RSM $ BILLIONS of Assets or any of The Almost $5 Billion of Krong (assets alone)....NOW Total Value of 'Imediate Resources' Over $9.85 Billion...PROVEN..as out of ground....None 'probable'. ;)

...Potential Strategy: You know it also wouldn't surprise me that the Government traded BEMA Krong Ltd (with its technologies and assets) for the Maple site...Since they
[Maple and Kupol] were being worked on together by our same (Government Management team) J/V Partner, of the Chukotka Autonomous District, namely Mr.Belchenho since at least 2002...and I believe further since reference 2000/1.

However if so then..We could end up with one of those others from months ago that at least one very nice site went back to Ruda (from Ruda...tranferred Northern Ore Tech) then back to Ruda!...Imagine that!...well you don't have to imagine ;)
