1st line treatments are the way to go

Some interesting work being done with check point inhibitors such as Keytruda

There's just a mere 54 hits in the Clintrial database for it. Currently being added to chemo, as are other checkpoint inhibitors. Additional usage of checkpoint inhibitors to vaccines have started.

Science doesn't stand still while Kenny fiddles around with a 20 yr old antiquated chemo treatment, for the past 6 yrs. Which has a high probability of failure.

I really doubt they will be able to answer those questions the FDA has simply because they lack credible data.

Especially about questions of data which never existed in the Lohr flawed studies. Or proof what Lohr observed wasn't due entirely to Metronomic Ifosfamide in 1st line patients. Where the presence of CIABs does nothing. This control was never run.

It's also unlikely Ifosfamide, Cyclophosphamide, or another alkylating mustard will ever find its way into 1st line PC+checkpoint inhibitors. The alkylating mustards have already failed there.

Meanwhile they ride Bode ride this CiaB platform until they cannot continue to do so.

Still to play out are the diabetes, and everyone's favorite scam angles "weed" or THC.
