You would think they would just read Kenny's PR pumps and just wave CIAB through to approval

Especially the ones in which Hidalgo and Jose were interviewed in. No doubt if those two show up at the next FDA meeting, they will cower the FDA into submission. And 6 months later after the "hard stop" into the middle of a brick wall, the NDA will be approved. Currently it's just a misunderstanding with the FDA.
