I posted the link to the website for gr8r8fr8 Ok, technicality, there is still a site but it looks to have been bought by foreigners. It seems the site was the only thing of value. How much is a web page worth? Maybe $10. For the pump and dump 2018 it was probably worth it. Certainly you are not thinking RSHN is going to look for their year's old list of truckers who want to be overpaid for hauling cbd, cbg, graphene to the military, quadrillions of bottled water/drinks/gummys to market, drugs/herbs to school kids when a possible truckers strike may happen anytime soon?
Just because a filing shows a value does not mean there is actual value.
No demand> No market> no revenue> no profit

So what. The removal of the wsrc deal gave RSHN a RESET with respect to assets. All assets acquired now will be true assets. Why aren't you happy that the company removed the asset that was artificially inflating their value?

The seller had to know RSHN was dead broke. No exchange of money ever actually happened did it? It was all a lie for the pump and dump that was front-loaded Jan/Feb 2018 and executed on the current accumulators.

Happens to many companies in the OTC. I assume you are very familiar with risky OTC stocks.

I have seen some scam operations before, and when headquarters is a mail drop box or email address, it raises questions. Heck even http://www.rushnetinc.com shows an empty office! I've seen PRs before when a yet to be identified scam company pays another company $3k to use their name in a PR.

Although financials need to be updated, we know that LeGanja Fairy and Able Academics are now on the books with GRPS. GRPS works jointly with RSHN 5% of net income each.

Concentrations of credit risk with respect to accounts receivable result from 100% of the current receivable balance being with one customer. Revenue from that customer represented 100% of the total revenue recognized by the Company.
