Over the course of the next 30 days the company will be getting filings and reports in order to submit and regain current status. Then, on 12/16 you will have the status hearing, and as I previously stated, presuming everything goes as planned, they will EMERGE from BK and then they can apply to drop the Q from the ticker.
The start date for their PHASE II clinical trials is March, 2021. Auctus has the share flexibility to FULLY FUND these trials, but in all pragmatic reality, they will solicit a partnership, deal or merger with a deep pocketed entity. But the IMPORTANT thing, is that they have some leverage against future negotiations relative to that partnership/deal, in that they DO NOT HAVE TO make a deal, they have the capacity to fund it themselves. Puts them in a much better bargaining position.
