You would think that if it was acquired by anyone else we could find notice of it. Or if the deal fell through surely someone would write about it.
Gosh if it is under the Attis banner that throws off my Attis value calc considerably. Takes my share price from $41.36 to close to $50/share. Are we sitting on a behemoth?
FYI I do love calculating, researching, estimating and would love your input.
Currently I have Attis total assets as 90.5 mm (across 9 divisions), total liabilities 55mm, and total gross profits (before tax) of 31.5mm from 7 sources. That's how I end up with $41.36 for 7000000 shares o/s.
I excluded genarex and noveda tech.
