Read my posts. First Motion, then no opposition it becomes Order my judge, then Notice of Order by our Attorney, and then filing finishing 30 days from judge's order Nov 10-Dec 10 (once a week PC has to update law gazette on notice filing). Expect news AFTER December 11th/hence the Week of December 14th earliest SS updates once order is done. Cleanest way if he goes after MMs and Pinksheets people with order it's better then 15c-211 on it's own

I'm very confident with $XMET. Possible we get news earlier but I like to side with caution and realistic estimates.
