CACH can be SUSPENDED at any time, especially considering the SEC’s Final Rule 15c2-11. CACH has already been notified by the SEC that it’s been REMOVED FROM LISTING (i.e., “delisted”) AND/OR REGISTRATION. Companies like CACH must meet specific standards, when they fail to meet those standards they are removed from listing and/or registration. The SEC removed CACH from listing almost 6 years ago.
I understand it could be a candidate for “reverse merger”, which would be more like a hijacking since there’s no evidence of management. OTC P&Ds lol, not exactly what I would call ideal.
No thanks to trading on forward looking claims, they’re typically baseless in reference to sub-penny stocks like CACH that do not register to the SEC. I’ll stick with Facts.
