You forgot Appeal on the order to deny the motion for relief from the default judgment. Would probably cause an automatic stay and delay things for 60 days at the least up to about 9 months. If they have a smart lawyer which I'm not convinced they do, that will be their move and it should be filed before this weeks hearing.
