I may not understand what the 70% discount actually means. Because it seems to me that if he issued $250,000 worth of shares at the current price of .0215 that would equal about 11.6 million additional shares but if these shares are issued at .00645 which is a 70% discount to .0215 the additional share count becomes 38.7 million instead of 11.6 million.
AND this would be on top of what whatever amount we don't currently know is already issued but has not yet shown up to be added on to the current issued shares. However I realize there may be more than one way to figure this so tell me what you think.

And the gain on sale of digital currencies is reported only at 88k in the SEC filing and not the 138K in the PR... Wtf.. lol maybe I'm wrong but this press release today looks sloopy and embellishingly misleading..

Mining revenues have been declining contrary to the headline in the press release...

Mining revenues were 107K last year and only 67k in this release today..
