Total nonsense. The case is beyond solid and wishes and hopes won’t sway anyone in court. Hope the entire group and their friends go down with the sunken ARYC dinghy.
You are correct that the DOJ has a lot to prove. One would think that Arrayit's defense to "securities fraud" would include filing deliquent SEC filings. I just checked on Edgar and there have been no such filings. Arrayit may have a somewhat better chance of fending off the "conspiiracy to commit Medicare fraud" but there appears to be significant evidence of securities fraud.
