What would investors be characterized as if the following were true:

Bought and held shares in excess of 6 years at much higher prices than current in the midst of the greatest bull market in history?

Allowed the CEO to pillage & raid the company share count for personal benefit?

Stood by as the CEO positioned his personal company Mikah between Elite and other companies?

Voted to increase the authorized share count to facilitate the CEOs conversion of Preferred into 158m shares of common while providing room for LPC to fund Elite at prices ranging as low as 3 cents per share??
