When the time arrives juxtapose the growth of PCTL, against the effective interest rate of your mortgage. Might be making money not paying it off... taxes will have to be in play as well. i.e. Capital gains, deductibility of home mortgage etc. ( you want to pay off a mortgage, I want to buy an island lol)
I note that between AD and myself we have 2% of the OS, and we are not going anywhere soon.
Add a couple of other longs and the percentage in a few hands adds up quickly.
