What are you talking about? Paid back first incase of bankruptcy? What assets will they have to pay anyone back? $58m of worthless product? Also, the 17% dividend is meaningless to the 5x discount the stock trades right now. Why not buy in open market and use the buys to bring stock up while de-risking? Also, does anyone know their plan for distribution? They are sitting on 1.2m doses but as Nader said, they go bad after 2 days in room temperature. How is he going to ship and distribute.
