I wrote P&G after they foreclosed on the loan to OZON and received a response from their legal counsel. I still have that letter. This could get interesting.

The loan was called in 2002. I remember that after some very long period maybe 15 to 20 years, P&G would no longer have any creditor's rights, which would free up the shell from the debt plus interest.
