GPB, thanks for the update. Can you highlight the "no dilution" paragraph in the Kerr NR ?
Also, I'm guessing that ore leaching instead of flotation means that Copper recovery is no longer a priority for production at Copperstone.
Copperstone Au ore contains both oxide and sulphide Cu ...
iirc, the weighted average is ~ .6 %
(btw, Cu price now at ~ $3.15 /lb. )
iirc, last open pit mining at Copperstone mine was in 1993 ?
More recently, American Bonanza completed some limited underground Au mining and production (?)
Would be great if a mining expert would publish a complete and comprehensive history of Arizona's Copperstone Mine ... including the good, the bad, and the ugly !
( iirc, Northern Miner posted a good update a while back, but the article lacked a complete historical overview. )
