I bet (just guessing) judge grants them a short extension due to health reasons, but requires them to submit specific documents regarding their testimony...and denies the prospect of new witnesses/testimony that wasn't released during Discovery...If that is the case, it's in the bag for GDSI (just have to wait a bit longer)
Very well thought out points. Excellent. However, GDSI could have made the point that Mr. Bolzan could testify through a sworn declaration which would have the same effect. They also pointed out the inconsistency in describing sickness which I also saw.
