ALSO FOR CLARIFICATION ON THE RESTRICTION ON THE BOUGHT DEAL. The restriction as I understood it was:

Restricted to 25% of volume traded each day when price over 5.75
Up till today. Now no restrictions

So much of the 9M could already been gone on some of those bigger volume days.
