Thank you for the cogent, non emotional response. I would like to however respectfully take issue with your interpretation of the version issue.
You mention the tests showed that the meter needed improvement. The tests do not show the meter NEEDED improvement. Your premise only holds true IF the meter didn't work to start with which I highly suspect is not completely accurate. The tests showed there was room for improvement on what already worked. Would you not also improve your product if you had more data to make what already works better? I suspect you would. I also suspect you would also like for the company to submit the best product possible to the FDA. It REALLY shows KB has been working at making this meter the best it can be and that folks is what is important.
I agree with the spit vs serum which really is an upgraded version of the serum test.
