Great points! Each PR has so many holes, discrepancies, contradictions, and vagueness in them, that they are like working a puzzle to get to the truth!

"Then, after stating they are in final home stretch, he talks about using the testing to change the meter algorithms. What??? If you change the meter, you will have to retest. "

I have said that before, and was thinking I need to post it again, nice to see at least one other picked up on that!

I have been involved in testing of products, and really, even without that experience, it's just damn common sense! Once you make changes to the product, you need to retest that new version, A to Z, period! You don't just pick up in the middle of a test, make changes and pick up again at that point with the new version! Any change you make in the product may improve one aspect of the test, but break others, and end up failing tests that were previously passed in a prior version. NO GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY, EVEN 3RD WORLD, WILL FALL FOR THAT BULLCRAP!

Berman thinks/knows that gray sheet shareholders don't understand how testing is done. He basically admits in these PRs that the products are still under development, yet makes the shareholders think they are almost done ("final stretch").

It's as if he speaks a language that shareholders can't understand!

Many of us here are just watching the train wreck unfolding!

Then, after stating they are in final home stretch, he talks about using the testing to change the meter algorithms. What??? If you change the meter, you will have to retest. The FDA is not going to approve something if you change the reading meter after doing the testing. So, while seemingly very encouraging, this PR is far from clear as to where things really are in testing or final product develpment, as usual.

LOL, I was thinking the same thing. Anything changes and the whole testing process has to be redone for FDA submission.
