Tax loss selling will be a factor with many stocks that are near their 52 week lows. With all the volatility this year, many investors took profits and have capital gains. Looking for capital losses to offset those gains will result in T investors selling to book that loss.
So, I agree, we will see lower prices between now and end of year. But I would be re-invested by the end of year. (Making sure you are out of the stock for at least 30 days).
