Thanks for acknowledging your acceptance of the GEN 1 vaccines. Once the money has been spent and supply chain protocols established, deployment will be a repeatable process for these vaccines. No one knows the effectiveness of INO-4800 yet, so... Did Bill Gates mention Inovio as a GEN 2 vaccine? Did he allocate anymore money for Inovio?
