Where are you getting information that RCC is supposed to launch this Q?

While I am not interested in the bickering, etc., I am interested in the statement "RCC should also start service in the 1st quarter of this year ... ". I must have missed something regarding RCC. What do you base that statement on? I hope you are correct but I only remember the proposed contract not being finalyzed.
