I have had one for a couple of weeks. When you turn it on to clean a surface it will stay on for 50 seconds then turn itself off. You can hit the button again and do another 50 seconds. I am still using on the original charge...it lasts a long time.

Any device working above a minute is fake and definitely cheap, this one has a working time 50 seconds and it is the longest time variation. Obviously you cannot go ahead and say it can be used on anything and work on 10 seconds, so I strongly believe they used the "50 seconds" as a maximum time to work on killing bacterias and viruses in any spotted area by user. Lithium batteries definitely last way more than 5 uses.

My point is It stays 50 seconds ON to ensure a variation of uses by user.
