Quantum Rare Earth Developments (TSXV:QRE,FWB:BR3,OTCQX:QREDF) announced changes to the Board of Directors. Joining the board is Mr. Claude Dufresne, who formerly sat on the Company’s technical advisory board.

Well Claude is now CEO of NioBay and put out a PEA. It compares NioBay in charts to others including Niocorp.
