What's not nice about asking the obvious. Who is selling? I'm not, you're not, probably no one on this board is.

With JV due why would anyone sell?

And we know that the company finances operations through share sales. But that shouldn't be happening either with the JV close and cash due to come in with the signing.

Makes no sense to me.
