Another reason I am inclined to believe there is life in HAON yet. SEC is definitely involved with HAON. Saying so simply provides me with the confidence that they are in 'negotiation' with the CEO (whoever that may be at this time) and DO NOT INTEND ON SHUTTING THIS TICKER DOWN even if no reports for 2 years (supposedly SEC's cut-off point).
Something is in the works here. An agreement has been met and HAON is 'trying' to meet the demands. My guess is that they will....and the pps will at some point reflect the results.
