Don't really pay attention too much to bids and ask day to day. All that matters is this getting news and consistent volume. Until then it's irrelevent to me. Will wait to see what RedChip can do here.
Someone throwing in the towel would be a market order. Not a limit order on the ask. Games will be played on the L2, especially in the OTC.
And to be honest, seeing size on the ask and price barely responding is bullish as far as I'm concerned. Could be ghouling as many shares as possible before they decide to pump it. Keep in mind the low float.
