Yeah it is, Veteran's day, I'm actually out morning the loss of friends and just checking in on my phone...

Here's another light floater... TK SI... check the filings...

Filings state that 10m shares were returned and canceled. After the 8-K from 10/29 and Form 3 from 11/03, that should mean only 37m shares o/s, 35m shares are the controlling interest, and less than 3m shares in the float

The TA updated the s/s the morning before the Form 3 was issued and the Form 3 confirms the merger took place... really think if they pull through, could see dollars...

I only scored 15k shares between .015 and .022ish... but trades lighter than air!
