for the hundredth time...its not about the drug..

LMAO! For the thousandth time it is!

Insert those little CIABs into a blood vessel. There's something missing isn't there? That's right, an alkylating drug such as Ifosfamide. Where Ifosfamide has already been shown to be ineffective in 2nd line PC patient. If one uses an ineffective drug to treat a cancer, then the results will be ineffective.

Again the challenge to Kenny:

Provide the link(s) of published journal papers which indicates Metronomic Ifosfamide can readily diffuse through the more dense and developed stromal structure of the PC tumor in a 2nd line PC patient. Where it can overcome the high interstitial pressure , of a collapsing vascular structure , and degradation of the drug by stromal enzymes. Also find links that demonstrate a small amount of Ifosfamide that gets through, can damage quiescent cancer cells found in a hypoxic environment.

The CIABs alone does nothing. For that matter there's no proof the CIABs will do anything period. Where's the link that shows in humans N% of the Ifosfamide is converted locally, and the remaining X% by the liver? It has never been measured. And it still doesn't change the fact there is a high interstitial pressure that will inhibit the passive diffusion of the drug, through the stromal layer, whether it be activated or not. Doesn't change the fact the drug itself has little to no efficacy in 2nd line PC. Doesn't matter if some tiny insignificant amount is converted locally or not.
