That's a pretty dishonest analysis. You don't think the companies they bought - Bophelo, BarX, Ukiah - will generate substantial and meaningful revenue? Ridiculous.
Although dilution is a definite concern, we're seeing the results in the form of a rapidly growing company. And it takes money (shares) to achieve growth.
They didn't need to expand into Africa and the UK to sell shares - stinky-pinkys do that very well from just a mailbox.
Unless they're lying, the execs are being paid in shares, not currency. I doubt they're working just to accumulate as many worthless shares as they can, so one day they can all own shitloads of nothing.
