So much for this thinking moving up as it appears that someone is just selling shares and is moving in the wrong direction.
If it doesn't stop next stop is .50 cents.
The real question is the company a real company and building there company out with government contracts on a state and federal level or are they just printing shares and selling into the market?
This will ultimately decide if company uplists and is a $20 pps or .05 cents pps
