The history of PMCB as a biotech Microcrap scam.

Well...where are your facts? Not HYPE. Facts? Not Billion Dollar buyouts. Not the FDA will guide PMCB and find a funding partner because they care. Not the Austrianova guys are really running the show.

FACT. IND is on HOLD
FACT. There is no funding.
FACT. Patents on CIAB have expired
FACT. PMCB has a long history of not communicating timelines or milestones to shareholders.
FACT. There is now 2.5 BILLION shares outstanding which has driven the PPS to sub-penny.
FACT. In order to stay in business beyond 9 months even with no clinical trial PMCB will have to sell more shares at its current burn rate.

But lets not let FACTS get in the way of HYPE because HYPE is all PMCB is about.

My facts are the actual things that happen for real in last 6 years.

And bottom line is we gone from 62 cents to .0070 put on hold. Broke and many more studies to do. Dilution to the extreme

Now we looking at another couple years ....
