Laws are already in place, for hospitals, employers, food producers, food retailers.

Hospitals already on the hook for never nevers. (HAI is one of those)

Employers have a duty to protect employees from any hazard they reasonably can.

Food Producers have to meet a host of closely measured activities required to protect the food chain. FDA USDA CDC

Food retailers, many are graded by their respective health departments, You will see surface decontamination on health inspections, And the accompanying lowered grade. I choose restaurants that have "A" grades.

Now, since the legal framework is in place, wait for the commercials...
