Sure. Whatever one must tell themselves until the actual documents are released. I'm not here to convince anybody of anything. We all have our suspicions on what has transpired, my belief is just that, mine. I also believe the truth of what i suspect is forthcoming. Bring on the criminal trials!

It seems that a very important fact was left out of the sentence:

"Arrayit was broke, and SCHENA was soliciting investors to help Arrayit cover its rent."

In addition, the complaint also states the following:

"These statements were materially misleading because Arrayit was not billing $2,000,000 per week in allergy tests; in fact, Arrayit was broke and had taken to paying employees and consultants in stock, and asking shareholders to help it with rent."

I wonder what Mark was offering the investors / shareholders in return (for paying the rent)?
