So the payout is basically a low amount, the earnout is what may hold some value for the junior bond holders. But you will have to wait for two years to potentially collect the funds from operations... I don't know if I am reading that correctly, I've never participated in an "earnout" before.

As I stated that’s what I was told directly from the UCC. Was something else officially released because I stated that was an unsubstantiated rumour, told to me by the UCC heads Sarah Carnes & Cole, who I called on the phone.

Because I’ve not yet seen an official document I said it was unsubstantiated.
