No Patent Though applied for the patent, which means that is 6 months to a year away from an Intellectual proprietary standpoint and the USPO doesn't have a EUA equivalent of the FDA so USPO isn't rushing through patents


And

Should this early-stage pre-IND product ever get commercialized, distinct advantages await this over products such as monoclonal antibodies.



Pre IND Phase their timeline is 1 year behind Aviptadil, minimum... I do like the Lipo protien idea however , there has to be other applications for this

I don't see any reason why aviptadil nasal spray won't prevent Covid 19, if used daily as prophylaxis.
