The big mystery for me is why did SECI agree to pay for their own legal fees when it is common knowledge that their financial situation is bleak and apparently they owe money to some of the companies that they are suing? Where are they getting the funds? From the settlement that they have agreed to? There is no other logical answer to this question. Also I suspect the settlement money will not be as big as people are expecting but share holders will be rewarded with a divided. SECI will focus on getting back on track and the bigger markets and the settlement included future royalist from all of the companies that have been using their technology. These future royalties will be reflected in their bottom line and share price. This is where we will get our just reward. Short term pain for long term gain. The best In my opinion and hopefully is yet to come. Fingers crossed.
