There are 2 distinctions. Mod names at the top of the page are displayed left to right in the order they joined IHub. It has no bearing on anything.

Separately, moderators of a board can see a tab listing each moderator and the date they became a mod of that board. Occasionally this date may be used to direct the order in which mods enter IBox data.

Otherwise, IBox data is entered by any mod, at any time, although new content must go below existing content.
