Yes... The settlement is NOT known. The parties are responsible for their own legal fees, owe each other nothing. (in terms of legal fees, hence the comma ",")

Plus:
1- the $200,000USD bought in the past 2 days is a STRONG indicator
2- the wording in filing states "settlement was the best option at this time" , although they also stated, "our efforts to seek a 'fair' trial failed" .. so I read that as a settlement was made albeit not what SECI wanted and not known yet, and will be coming forthwith in the coming days.
3- there's a reason why everyone are still here
