Might as well talk to the nearest door knob as talk to the management of this scam garbage ticker NPHC.
Erik Deitsch has said and done the exact same thing with a number of his public companies over the years. All of them suspended and revoked for delinquent filings.
Obviuosly he lied when he issued that NT-10K April 1, 2019. Wouldnt trust him as far as I can throw him.
