I don’t think there will be any “partnership offers” by January 1st that are “attractive” enough. After one or two billion dollars in direct sales of Brilacidin to governments around the world, then the offers that come in may be “attractive” enough. Those offers will certainly be closer to full value.

just the momentum / hype from each of the events we know will soon occur
( as you outlined for us ... thanks!) should cause surges upward in shareprice. If Brilacidin works , then IPIX value is unlimited. With the drugs utilized thus far for covid, the "bar" is quite low, as none of them seem to work very well or at all

1)the IND submission to be made next week?
2)the FDA to declare the submission effective next week?
3)the 30 day period from submission to expire next week, allowing the trial to go forward by default?

Keep dreaming, phase 2 may not begin until 2021. BARDA CV19 grants expired on 10/31. Who pays for Phase 3 and manufacturing of the needed doses? The stock price speaks volumes.
