Not really as bad as this article makes it seem. The can still produce...FDA just has to redo their environmental impact study. This was expected, especially since it was an extremely liberal court. They don’t even produce anywhere near California.

Here's a guy that called AQB to ask about this ruling. He's still bullish long term. As am I.
