Thanks for your erroneous opinion.

The case is over and so is SECI. You just witnessed the last financial filing this company will put out.

SECI will voluntarily submit to the ticker being revoked, as there will never be any revenue to support paying an accountant.

It's a Grey Sheet scam that's over. Good luck trying to garner support for such an obviously game-over failure.

Have a nice life..

denial.
anger.
bargaining.
depression.
acceptance.

This is correct, any claims otherwise are completely false

" Each side is responsible for their own legal expenditures and owing each other nothing. "

There is NO monetary Settlement, unless I'm an idiot clown who failed every English class instead of virtually acing every class; unless I'm an inbred impetuous lying scamming fool with 5 cents to my name and reputation of being hell-bent on misreading basic English and spouting my ill conceived notion in an attempt to deceive other fools?
.. and finally NO. If SECI had of won the court case THEY brought to bear, the defendants would have been paying ALL costs, just like the law dictates, sorry =/
Not!

Enjoy..

So, in fact.....the 10q is telling us they SETTLED. Each side is responsible for their own legal expenses (which always happens regardless) and owing each other nothing. Here is why.....AFTER A SETTLEMENT, everything is squared and when the case is dismissed with prejudice they no longer owe each other anything. This statement is being misunderstood as meaning Sector 10 got nothing in the actual settlement. That is not what this is saying.
