Check the SOS site. It's official. This is the pinks and they live to screw shareholders. They can and did increase the A/S overnight practically.

Insiders own over 50% and have voting power of escrow shares, so under Nevada law, they can increase the authorized without submitting to a proxy vote since they control the majority of voting power.
