There are so many possibilities since they have their hands in so many pots--I don't think there's any way to predict or even find a most-likely option. We just have to wait for them to tell us. With any luck, they were just waiting for the election to wrap up in case it entailed a stock market crash (doesn't look like it will). We'll see...
