“No dilution”?? lol, ASCM on the scene. There’s dilution going on. Where they getting the millions needed for this “mass” $2 billion order?? As I type .04’s now on deck. Will move lower like 99% of otc’s do after a 3-digit gain day!! Zero shock here.
