hi binzur, your comments are quality about construction and reconstruction.

sometime it is better to tear down old build and is cheaper to build a new building.

in most cases the land is worth more than the building.

Binzur, I realize the eqiupmment does cost alot of money....I am in the equipment sales business also. But I can and have built many of restaurants and clubs for this amount....very nice ones. It all depends on what goes into the kitchen,and where you get it. also there are some home appliances that cost more than commercial. Sure you can build a commercial kitchen for 200,000.00 and that for the kitchen equipment alone, but there is no need in it. I can promise you the equipment in the kitchen at the Sanibel is worth less than $20,000.00.
