Agree. IMO they are just busy doing what it takes to get every i dotted and t crossed. Really, why would they send out soothing PRs when things are progressing and they have already said that things are progressing? I understand that waiting is really hard for penny traders. Generally, things happen fast in the OTC unless there is something wrong. In the non OTC world waiting is the norm.
